Using First Contact your agents are able to process payments during a call using a trusted, secure payment service from Sage Pay. In addition to card details, billing address and contact information can also be captured and posted to Sage Pay.
The process payment integration activity is used to handle online payments. First Contact integrates with the SagePay payment service. When payment integration has been configured agents will be able to process payments within the script agent.
Both full payment and pre-authorisation (where payment is processed once the goods are despatched) modes are supported by First Contact.
