The CRM systems that First Contact supports include Salesforce and by using the post to CRM activity within scripts the required contact details, notes and appointments can be posted to the CRM, from the Script Agent. The post to CRM activity will show your agents that current prospect information is being posted (as per the image).

If your organisation uses a supported external Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage leads, for example Microsoft Dynamics, you can integrate this with First Contact. Once integration is complete, the posts to CRM activity can be used in scripts so required information can be posted to the CRM from the Script Agent.

Diary / Appointment Setting

First Contact provides agents with the facility to view availability and book appointments for sales representatives or external agents.

It can be integrated with a number of third party applications, including allowing agents to book appointments and register events in Google and/or Microsoft Exhange calendars.

Using First Contact your agents are able to process payments during a call using a trusted, secure payment service from Sage Pay. In addition to card details, billing address and contact information can also be captured and posted to Sage Pay.

The process payment integration activity is used to handle online payments. First Contact integrates with the SagePay payment service. When payment integration has been configured agents will be able to process payments within the script agent.
