What is Remote Support?
At First Contact, we want to get to
the bottom of your issues quickly. To help us do this, it is often best
to connect to your computer and see what you're seeing, and watching
you control your computer to recreate the problem. If necessary, you
may also pass control of your computer to our engineers, enabling them
to investigate your computer themselves.
To make this possible,
we use a software application called TeamViewer which connects us to
your computer. At no time can we log onto your computer or control it
without your permission and in most cases, we will be on the phone with
you as we go.
If a member of our team has directed you to this
page, please follow the instructions below to get started, depending on
the type of computer you are using.
