How It Works
First Contact licensing works based on the number of agents registered in the system. You purchase a Bundle of licenses for a minimum term of three, six or twelve months. The Bundle you select determines the maximum number of agent accounts that may be registered in First Contact.
Administrator licenses are included for free.
Essentially, the bigger the Bundle and longer the term, the cheaper your cost-per-head becomes.

Don’t worry if you grow - you may upgrade to a bigger Bundle at any time during your license term. If you are unsure which Bundle and Term combination is right for you, please speak with your First Contact representative who will be happy to discuss the benefits and ensure your license is right for you.
Payment Options
You may purchase your license with a single payment, or spread the cost over the license term. The table below displays the monthly cost of a license based on the Bundle and Term length. If you settle the license fee in a single upfront payment, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount.

All your data and settings will be kept when you sign up for a paid subscription.
