How It Works
First Contact licensing works based on the number of active agent accounts in the system. You purchase a Bundle of licenses for a minimum term of three, six or twelve months. The Bundle you select determines the maximum number of active agents that may use First Contact.
Supervisor licenses are included for free.
Essentially, the bigger the Bundle and longer the term, the cheaper your cost-per-head becomes.
License Selection
Please consider the options in the table below and select the one that you feel is right for your company. Don’t worry if your needs change – our flexible licensing allows you to increase or decrease your selected Bundle once each month. If you are unsure which Bundle and Term combination is right for you, please speak with your First Contact representative who will be happy to help you choose.
Payment Options
You pay for your license monthly in advance by Direct Debit, following an initial payment collected by credit card. The table below provides some examples of popular combinations, however please speak with your First Contact representative to agree on the most suitable license configuration for your needs.

All your data and settings will be kept when you sign up for a paid subscription.
