Real-time Reporting

Report on the individual and collective performance of campaigns and agents. Managers and supervisors can access reports from anywhere, simply by using a web browser.

Dashboard 

The dashboard provides a quick and easy way to view snapshots of your campaign performance in real time.  Choose from a number of pre-defined charts and drag them onto the dashboard surface to view side by side with other charts.  Drill-down from a chart into more detailed reports.

Reporting system

The reporting system provides a more in-depth view of your campaigns. Choose from a number of reports that provide detailed information on every call. Reports can be exported into a spreadsheet for further analysis or distribution among colleagues.
