First Contact can be used to improve the quality of the data in your existing customer relationship management (CRM) system by ensuring that prospects are first qualified by agents before they are posted into the CRM. Keep the contact information in your CRM up to date with the calls that are made using First Contact.
Post to your CRM during a call
Post prospect information into your CRM at any time during a call, not just when they turn into clients. You can do this as many times as requred - First Contact will find the existing record in your CRM and update its details.
Post any information from your prospect
Choose which fields from the prospect to post into your CRM. In addition, you can also post;
- The contents of any notes entered by the agent
- The outcome of each call made from First Contact
- Any appointments that have been booked
- Details of any emails or letters that have been generated
Supported CRM Systems
Out of the box, First Contact integrates with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and Netsuite. However, we're often asked to integrate with other third party systems and are happy to oblige.
