Appointment Booking
First Contact provides agents with the facility to view availability and book appointments for sales representatives or external agents.
Diary options
Configure your diaries to define how agents can book appointments;
- Specify which days of the week appointments can be booked for
- Configure when the earliest and latest appointments of the day can be booked
- Set the minimum amount of time between each appointment to allow sales representatives time to prepare and travel between each appointment
- Define time slots so that agents are required to book appointments for pre-defined times of the day
- Limit the number of days ahead that appointments can be booked
Integration
In addition to storing your appointments within First Contact you can also integrate with Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendars, preventing diary clashes with existing appointments.
Specify what information is stored against an appointment, including fields from the prospect such as contact details.
Event booking
As well as booking one-to-one appointments you can also create events with multiple attendees such as training courses. Agents can then register a prospect to these events. Limit the number of attendees to prevent over subscription
